At 17:29 on Thursday, 13 July, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shifnal.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Training and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
