At 19:27 on Saturday, 15 July, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

CO2 gas leak within building, which crews are isolating. 2 casualties suffering effects of inhalation of CO2 with ambulance staff.
