At 10:22 on Wednesday, 23 August, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Fire In Open in Shifnal .

2 fire appliances including the Landrover Pump were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Telford Central.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

1 Haybale and stubble alight in field measuring 5 meters by 15 meters. Extinguished by Fire Service using high pressure hose
