At 14:08 on Sunday, 8 October, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Nesscliffe.

2 fire appliances including the Pinzgauer were mobilised from Baschurch and Church Stretton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire in the open of approximately 3 square metres. 1 hose-reel in use from 4x4 off-road vehicle from Church Stretton.
