At 09:29 on Thursday, 19 October, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shifnal .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire caused by sparks from grinder - fire located in oil tanker near to property and effecting external facia.
