At 04:17 on Friday, 22 December, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Baschurch.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in kitchen. Four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, and one covering jet in use.
