At 21:49 on Saturday, 20 January, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews called to a report of a fire in the open. This was believed to be a false alarm.
