At 21:40 on Thursday, 8 March, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bonfire in Shrewbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Bonfire spread to logs and hedge and damage to adjacent garage by fire 2 Hose Reel Jets were used to extinguish the fire
