At 07:43 on Friday, 11 May, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Animal Rescue in Telford.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 horse released from ditch using fire service personnel, animal rescue equipment and tractor.
