At 13:33 on Sunday, 1 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent.

3 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Minsterley, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance.

Incident involving paraglider. Crews assisted ambulance crew to transfer casualty to air ambulance due to difficult terrain.
