At 17:44 on Saturday, 13 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Dingle at Pontesbury Hill, Pontesbury.

Approximately 300m of wooded area and embankment involved in fire. Extinguished using extended hose reel jet and beaters.
