At 10:21 on Sunday, 21 April, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Dawley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Small fire involving rubbish on BMX track. Buckets of water and drag rakes in use to extinguish the fire.
