At 05:58 on Thursday, 22 August, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Hedge Fire in Baschurch .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Baschurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in the open involving hedge, fencing and compost. Two hose reel jets, 2 drag rakes and a thermal image camera in use
