At 10:16 on Saturday, 7 November, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Ketley Bank.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving a washing machine, found to be out upon the arrival of Fire Service personnel.
