At 20:50 on Friday, 4 December, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews called to a lift rescue, however one female self rescued before arrival of Fire Service.
