At 16:28 on Thursday, 3 June, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Two vehicle head on collision. One casualty extricated from vehicle by Fire crews and being conveyed to hospital. Three further casualties assess for minor injuries.
