2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

1 private saloon car 50% destroyed by fire. 5 metres of adjacent hedgerow also destroyed by fire.

One wooden garden shed completely destroyed by fire, two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets used to extinguish

Incident involved ten meters of conifer hedge alight which has melted a small amount of guttering. Crews extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets whilst wearing breathing apparatus.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency and the Police.

One car fully alight on the westbound carriageway of the A5. Extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus', 2 hose reel jets, Foam and one dry powder extinguisher.

Report of smoke and flames visible within cafe. Incident involved a fire in the first floor rear kitchen of a cafe which had spread to the ducting. Crews extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet and one covering jet.

Kitchen fire involving a gas cooker and electric hood. Crews extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets whilst wearing breathing apparatus. A thermal imaging camera was used to check the ducting in the kitchen for hot spots.
