3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Small fire involving electrical motor fan on air extraction ducting unit on roof. Extinguished prior to arrival of Fire Service. Full inspection of all areas carried out by Fire Service Personnel.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
