Type Persons Reported FireDetails Crews were alerted to a property fire by a neighbour who heard the smoke alarms activating. On further investigation, he could see and smell smoke so he dialled 999. It was believed that someone may have been inside the property so 3 appliances and an officer were mobilised from Shrewsbury. When crews arrived they carried out a thorough search of the property and found a small fire involving unattended cooking. There was no occupier in the property at the time but a dog was safely rescued by Fire Service Personnel. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and a covering jet at the incident. |
