At 06:21 on Thursday, 4 December, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Oswestry.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

One vehicle stuck in flood water and 1 person rescued from vehicle. Crews assisted by Mid & West Wales Fire Service.
