At 12:41 on Friday, 15 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Mellington.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bishops Castle.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Assistance to Mid and West Fire Service. Fire involving Manitou fork lift truck - 50% damaged by fire. Two breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet in use.
