At 09:46 on Wednesday, 5 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

One saloon vehicle 50% destroyed by fire. Believed to be caused from a mechanical fault.
