At 06:57 on Monday, 15 May, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Ellesmere.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving front bake on one large goods vehicle. One hose reel jet used to cool down.
