At 10:07 on Sunday, 4 June, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Minsterley.

5 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Bridgnorth, Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Fire involving agricultural building approximately 10 x 10 metres. Fire involving barn, hay and agricultural vehicles. Two main jets 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus in use.
