At 12:05 on Monday, 3 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Fuel Leak/Spillage Small in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency.

Ruptured fuel tank of car in layby. Crews used an environmental grab pack to stem the fuel. Crews used a hose reel jet to wash away affected area of layby and highway. Highways have been contacted to attend.
