At 09:51 on Tuesday, 3 August, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Shrewsbury .

5 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Craven Arms, Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

1 Barn measuring 10m x 15m destroyed by fire. Crews used main jets and hose reel jets to extinguish fire.
