At 19:06 on Friday, 14 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Craven Arms .

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Church Stretton, Craven Arms and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service , the Police and a vet.

Car pulling a horse box and motorbike involved in RTC. Horse Box containing horse on its side. No persons trapped. Specialist Animal Rescue Technicians from Wellington Mobilised.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

• Electric Saws/Cutters

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .

1 male released from bailing spike by fire service personnel using stihl saw from Rescue Tender. Casualty now being taken to hospital via air ambulance

1 Car and 1 Petrol Tanker involved in RTC. 1 person trapped and released by Fire Service Personnel. No equipment used. Crews Making area safe.
