6 fire appliances including the Heavy Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Hodnet, Market Drayton and Prees. Operations and Hazmat officers were in attendance.

• Main jet
• Thermal imaging camera

One large agricultural building involved in fire 4 main jets in use with water supplied by high volume pumping unit

At 14:41 on Tuesday, 17 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Minsterley.

7 fire appliances including the Landrover Pump, the Light Pumping Unit, the Water Carrier and the Welfare Unit were mobilised from Bishops Castle, Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Clun, Minsterley, Newport and Shrewsbury. Operations, Hazmat and Safety officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police, Shropshire Council and a utility company.

SFRS fighting a fire affecting 5 Hectares of woodland in an isolated woodland area known as the bog 6 major appliances and 50 firefighters in attendance.

2 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Fire in kitchen of property. Crews using four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and one covering jet to extinguish the fire. The water bowser from Bridgnorth is being used to supply water.
