At 17:32 on Monday, 17 April, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Ludlow.
5 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Craven Arms and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Thermal imaging camera
Small fire involving disused small barn, approximately 10m x 10m.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
- Thermal imaging camera
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
Small fire in rear wheel of a coach, caused by overheating brakes. Out on arrival, one hose reel jet used to cool rear wheels and axles.
