At 13:11 on Thursday, 10 August, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire Persons Reported in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire in first floor bedroom, 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets used to extinguish.

All persons accounted for. Fire involving roof of dormer bedroom of residential property - 4 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reel jets, 1 jet, 9m ladder, short extension ladder, roof ladder and thermal image camera in use.

Roof fire involving 14 solar panels.Solar panels have been isolated. Ariel Ladder platform in attendance for closer inspection.
