At 10:29 on Thursday, 21 January, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Trefonen.

6 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Baschurch, Ellesmere, Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Telford Central. Operations, Hazmat and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Fire involving roof of semi-detached property - 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 main jet in use.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Baschurch, Oswestry and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involving an outhouse approximately 4m x 4m in size of timber and brick construction. two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet used to extinguish. Thermal imaging camera also in use.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Large fire in commercial building 10m x 40m 1 main jet 1 hose reel jet 2 breathing apparatus used to extinguish fire, crews remain, damping down hotspots and making area safe

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving 1 derelict public house, fire now supressed and restricted to the confines of the building, Aerial Ladder Platform and 2 main jets in use extinguishing hot spots in roof , efforts being made to ventilate property.

1 person fallen into workmans ditch being treated by paramedics. ! person rescued from ditch by FRS using line safety equipment and Aerial Ladder Platform, Person conveyed to hospital by ambulance
