2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Baschurch and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving approximately 50x3m of hedgerow. Three hosereel jets used to extinguish fire

Fire in field caused by power lines. Western Power also in attendance. Crews dampened down using fire fogging system.

This incident involved an area of grass measuring approximately 5m x 2m which was extinguished by Fire Service personnel using a misting lance from the incident support unit.

Approximately 8m of straw and stubble and grain from combine harvester involved in fire. Four hosereel jets used to extinguish fire
