At 02:46 on Tuesday, 22 February, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire service personnel assisted one individual from flood water.
