At 14:18 on Monday, 2 January, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Reports of fire in the open which involved a small tree which was out on arrival of fire crews. Fire crews damped down with 1 hose reel jet and used thermal image camera
