At 12:07 on Thursday, 27 April, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Mid & West Wales.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews were mobilised to assist over the border in Wales with a rescue from height but were stood down as services were no longer required.
