At 14:24 on Monday, 22 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Upon arrival this was confirmed to be a false alarm caused by excessive steam leaking through tube. No action by Fire Service
