At 00:28 on Wednesday, 7 June, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of house fire which involved fire in kitchen caused by items on electric hob. Fire crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and 1 covering jet. Police and ambulance in attendance
