At 06:17 on Thursday, 15 June, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire within lounge extinguished by fire crew. 1 person in care of ambulance personnel.
