At 10:01 on Saturday, 17 June, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Telford.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
