At 17:23 on Wednesday, 27 December, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Ironbridge.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was found to be a false alarm with good intent, alarm had been caused due to central heating pipes. Advice has been given to occupier.
