At 14:37 on Thursday, 8 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Telford.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington.

This incident was a false alarm caused by failure to isolate system prior to test.
