At 19:28 on Saturday, 24 August, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Report of large quantity of smoke in the area. On arrival, one static caravan involved in fire measuring approximately 10 meters by 4 meters which crews extinguished using a hosereel jet. No casualties were involved in this incident.
