At 20:48 on Monday, 25 November, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Incident involving freezer in domestic garage. Crews wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish.
