At 02:18 on Monday, 31 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Malinslee.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford.

Fire in rear garden involving 3 wheelie bins, 2 fence panels and hedgerow. Fire was accidental ignition. Fire crews used 1 hose reel jet and thermal image camera. Advice given to occupier.
