At 16:30 on Monday, 7 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Short extension ladder
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a false alarm good intent.
