At 19:23 on Monday, 21 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Park Hall, Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving gas barbeque and one propane cylinder. Gas isolated and cylinder cooled as a precaution. One hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera in use
