At 13:25 on Wednesday, 21 January, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Report of stuck vehicle with possible smoking engine. This incident was a false alarm with good intent. Vehicle stuck in mud, but no sign of fire or smoke from vehicle.
