At 21:02 on Tuesday, 27 January, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

This incident was a false alarm however crews were unable to gain access as no keyholders attended. Thorough inspection was carried out by crews using thermal imaging camera.
