At 12:36 on Sunday, 10 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Ludlow C of E School, Bromfield Road, Ludlow .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ludlow.

Call received from a member of the public that an alarm was sounding at the school. On inspection by fire service personnel this was found to be a faulty burglar alarm that had actuated.
