At 09:39 on Tuesday, 27 December, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as RTC Making Safe in Telford .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
